1. Regularly clean the lens and reflective lens. During use, it is important to ensure that the light source is clean and there are no obstacles that can block the light path, thereby affecting exposure, charging, transfer, or power consumption.

2. Firstly, how to determine whether the photocopier is working properly. This is a prerequisite for ensuring the normal use of the copier. Under normal circumstances, it is easy to start the copier when it is working normally, and the machine is operated smoothly without any abnormal sounds or high temperatures. If the above situations occur during use, it indicates that the machine has encountered a problem and needs to be stopped immediately for resolution, rather than being taken seriously when the malfunction is severe.

After copying to a certain quantity, maintenance is also required. For example, maintenance is required when copying up to 3000 copies. It is necessary to take out the waste powder box, discard the waste carbon powder, clean the box, and put it into the machine. Then, remove each electrode, wipe the electrode wire, gate wire, and electrode holder to ensure the cleanliness of these components. At the same time, it is necessary to clean the upper and lower cardboard guides, separation rollers, and separation belts at the bottom of the developer, followed by cleaning the glass of the worktable. Ensuring the cleanliness of these components can effectively extend the service life of the copier and reduce the occurrence of malfunctions. When copying 10000 copies, not only do the above components need to be cleaned, but also the developer needs to be removed, the dust cover on the developer roller needs to be removed, and the surface of the developer roller needs to be inspected. If any abnormalities are found, they need to be addressed. Meanwhile, wipe the cardboard at the paper inlet to ensure there are no paper scraps or deposits. Afterwards, open the cover of the fuser and replace the cleaning felt and upper and lower separation claws. Remove the toner and oil stains that have fallen on the lower part of the fixing frame, then open the lower surface of the original glass of the worktable and clean it. Remove the toner cartridge and wipe it with lens paper. Due to excessive accumulation of discarded toner inside the machine, it not only affects normal use but may also cause component burning. This cleaning method can solve the problem of excessive discarded toner.
